The staff were friendly and helpful, I appreciated the hotel is pet friendly. The hotel is close to Victoria Park so we were able to take our dog there several times during our stay. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Room was perfect! Nice little sitting area and the bed was great. It was within walking distance of the concert we went to attend. All in all was great! Would stay there again.

the lady at the check in desk was very polite, informative and efficient. we had a problem with the TV (recommend that hotels provide instructions on how to operate TVs as they are all different) and housekeeping came immediately to fix it and offered to provide a different room if it could not be resolved it was

This hotel is very neat and clean. And their staff are very helpful. I liked their facilities. Their room size was very good.

Breakfast was awesome, with lots of variety and seating. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very close in all directions to great food options and shopping.
